Earning Taj Alliance Partner Membership Points

Here's how your organisation can earn Taj Alliance Preferred Partner Membership points

Your organisation will be awarded with points for every materialised reservation at the participating Taj, Vivanta and The Gateway hotels and travel desks nominated for the programme.

The value of rewards will be directly proportional to spends on room, made by the guests during their stay at participating Taj, Vivanta and The Gateway hotels. A member organisation will earn 1 point for every INR 2,000 of revenue materialised, excluding taxes, at a participating property. Spends on conference, weddings, groups and banquets do not qualify for points.

For hotel stays of over 30 days, points will be earned only for the first 30 days of stay at the rate of 1 Taj Alliance Preferred Partner Membership point for every INR 2,000 of room, before taxes.

On international packages of the Taj, points are earned at specific rates, about which your Relationship Manager will inform you in advance.

From time to time, your organisation will receive customised offers to earn Bonus Taj Alliance Preferred Partner Membership points, which will help accelerate your earnings. For example, Bonus points may be offered for materialised bookings made in Taj Club Rooms and Suites during certain time bands, or for materialised bookings in a specific set of hotels.

Please Note:

  • Taj alliance preferred partner membership programme points will be awarded only on materialised revenue. if payments are not cleared within the credit period, the member organisation stands to lose between 20% and 100% of the points it's entitled to.
