    A monthly Points Statement will reach you with a detailed summary of your balance. You can also log on online to view your account details.
  • What do I do if my Points Statement is inaccurate?
    If you feel there is a discrepancy in the Points Statement, please contact the Taj Alliance Preferred Partner Membership Programme Manager in your city within 30 days of receiving the Statement.
